(Please secure all your belongings; Homrise is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage during the repairs) I DO NOT authorize Homrise, it's employees or contractors to use the keys to the property held by Homrise and undertake to personally provide access to the property at a time to be advised by Homrise contractor or employees. I will be personally liable for any charges not limited to Homrise or it's contractors for traveling to and from the property and a Rs. 2,000/- rescheduling fee.
